  I had a very bad experience here, and I would recommend getting a second opinion on any extensive work they try to push on you. I changed jobs and thought I would try someone closer to my home with the new insurance. Thankfully I had been going every 6 months for years to a very reputable dentist in Sorrento Valley. When they tried to push the deep cleaning for an extra $300 - $400 out of pocket, I told them my last dentist, who I just saw about 4.5 months ago, never said anything was wrong with my gums. For some reason the hygienist asked if I had been going to Western Dental. I thought this question was very unprofessional. They refused to do a standard removal of tartar, and would only polish and floss my teeth.
